Shipping Rates

International Shipping

At this time, we only offer shipping within Nigeria. We do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

Return & Exchange Policy

At Gadget Eleven, we want our customers to be delighted with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 3 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer service team to obtain a return authorization. Once the return is authorized, you will be provided with a return shipping label.

Please include the return shipping label and a copy of your order confirmation in the package.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, don't hesitate to get in touch with our customer service team to obtain an exchange authorization. Once the exchange is authorized, you will be provided with a return shipping label.

Please include the return shipping label and a note specifying the desired exchange in the package.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the replacement item to you free of charge.

If the desired exchange is not available, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7 to 14 days of return.

Please note that all exchanges are subject to availability and must be made within 7 days of the purchase date.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately to initiate a return or exchange. We will provide a return shipping label and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
